Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this website collects, why, and how to ask us about it. We've written it to match what the site actually does — nothing more.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), which service you're asking about, and your message.

How it's used

Your message is sent to us by email using Resend, a US-based email delivery service — your message content and the details above are processed and stored by Resend in the United States so we can receive and reply to it. We only use your details to reply to your enquiry.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a real visitor and not an automated bot, before your message is sent. Turnstile is run by Cloudflare and processes some technical signals from your browser to do this check.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't build a profile of you.

Hosting logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard technical logs (like IP addresses and request times) as part of running the hosting infrastructure.

Accessing or correcting your information

If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, get in touch through our contact form.

Australian Privacy Act

We aim to handle personal information in line with the general principles of the Australian Privacy Act 1988. This page is a draft and we don't claim full legal compliance until it's been reviewed.
